Executive coaching

Most of what you're looking for is already in the room.

The decision you keep circling. The team dynamic you can't quite name. The market you sense is there but can't see clearly yet. Coaching that helps you get to what's already present — and act on it.

Sara has built four ventures, co-founded with people who've been shut out of the rooms they should be in, and coached leaders through the moments that don't show up in a performance review. She knows what it costs to build without the right support.

"Before reaching out to Sara, I was feeling overwhelmed with the competing demands of my business. I needed inspiration and accountability to help prioritise, organise my time, and give me breathing space to provide the leadership my team was looking for. After working with Sara, my eyes have been opened up to a much deeper understanding of cause and effect and self-awareness. The 'why'. As I've been able to implement the coaching for myself and form new and sustainable habits, I've been able to identify in my team, helping them to do the same. The cascade effect in my business has been noticeable. Sara now coaches members of my team regularly."

What it produces
You'll stop deferring the decision.

The one you've been circling for weeks. The one where every option feels wrong. Coaching that gets you to the actual decision — not the version of it that feels safe to discuss in a meeting.

You'll hear what's actually being said.

What your team is experiencing rarely makes it into the room where you make decisions. Coaching that builds your ability to hear what's being felt, what's blocking progress, and what needs to change — before it becomes a retention problem.

You'll stop losing the people you can't afford to lose.

Not through a new HR policy. Through changing how you show up. When a leader shifts, the team shifts. The cascade effect is real — and it starts with one conversation that goes differently than it would have before.

You'll see the market you've been missing.

The customers your systems were never designed to reach. The talent your hiring process screens out before you meet them. When it works for the person hardest to reach, it works better for everyone. Universal design isn't an accommodation — it's a market intelligence strategy. Coaching that builds the capacity to find what's been invisible.

Who it's for

The leader everyone is waiting on.

C-suite and senior leaders in Fortune 500 companies, global financial services, technology, and UN agencies. You make the calls. You hold the complexity. Coaching for the person who needs somewhere to think before they've to decide — and who rarely has it. Stop losing the people you can't afford to lose.

The founder doing it without the infrastructure.

Building something real without the network, the capital, or the room full of people that others take for granted. The co-founder dynamic that's getting harder, the pivot you know you need to make, the conversation you keep deferring. Sara is neurodivergent — if you've been building in systems that weren't designed for how you think, this is different.

The leader with something they can't say out loud.

The situation you can't stop thinking about. The relationship that's costing you. The team dynamic that's quietly getting worse. The conversation that needs to happen and hasn't. Any seniority, any industry. Coaching for what doesn't fit in a framework — and for the leader who needs a room where they can say what's actually going on.

The approach

Sara surfaces what's already there — the capability your team isn't showing you, the pattern you can't see from where you're standing, the decision you already know how to make. The problem she's obsessed with: making sure people understand, and feel understood. The methodology has been the same for 14 years across every context: ask the question that finds what's been missed, then build from what you find.

Seeing what your position makes invisible

Every leader has a view that their role creates — and a view that their role blocks. What your team experiences, what your organisation actually thinks, what the market is doing that your current lens can't pick up. Coaching that expands what you're able to see from where you stand.

How you're showing up

A guided process of becoming more reflexive about your own patterns — how you respond under pressure, what you reach for when things get hard, what you do in conflict that you'd change if you could see it in real time. Pattern recognition that changes what happens next.

The question before the strategy

Every session runs the same questions: who's most impacted, who's not speaking, what's being missed, and who can help you address it. The answers are usually already in the room. The coaching is how you hear them.

Accountability that moves things

What you commit to in the session, you deliver before the next one. Fortnightly — enough space to do the work, not so much that momentum is lost.

How it works

Every session moves between four modes — automatically, without Sara needing to name what she needs. This is what makes it different from a psychology session or a strategy workshop. The work moves through the work.

Move

Something's happening. Reduce cognitive load. Find the one thread to pull. The work starts here — with what's actually in the way right now, not what's on the agenda.

See

Something's true that hasn't been fully looked at. Sara holds the pattern without judgment. You're always the authority on your own experience. This is the mode that changes what you can see from where you're standing.

Decide

You already know. The session helps you trust it — names the tension, witnesses the decision so it doesn't get unmade by anxiety later. The decision is marked. It holds.

Link

The tangent is the thing. The connection that looks like a distraction is usually where the real insight lives. This is the mode that ND brains are built for — and what most coaching processes miss entirely.

Common questions

What does a session actually involve?

Fortnightly 1:1 sessions that move between four modes — reducing cognitive load, surfacing what's already there, helping you trust the decision you already know, and following the connection that looks like a tangent but isn't. It starts with a leadership behavioural profile. The insight happens in the doing.

How long's a coaching engagement?

10 sessions over 5 months, or 20 sessions over 10 months. Both fortnightly. The 20-session package includes a personal growth phase and a team growth phase — this is where the cascade effect happens. Both include quarterly outcomes reviews and accountability between sessions.

Is this coaching, consulting, or therapy?

Coaching. The work happens through the work — not theory, not a psychology session. Each session moves something. You leave with a decision made, a pattern named, or an action committed to. Sara has been coaching since 2012. The methodology is rights-based and has been applied at Fortune 500 level and with first-time founders.
