Executive coaching

Most of what you're looking for is already in the room

The decision you keep circling. The team dynamic you can't quite name. Coaching that gets to what's already present — and acts on it.

"I realised I've never felt ignored."
CFO, global investment firm

Who it's for

Leaders, founders, and small business owners

The leader everyone is waiting on

C-suite and senior leaders. You make the calls, you hold the complexity, and you rarely have somewhere to think before you decide.

The founder doing it without the infrastructure

Building something real without the network or the capital others take for granted. If you've been building in systems that weren't designed for how you think, this is different.

The leader with something they can't say out loud

The situation you can't stop thinking about. The conversation that needs to happen and hasn't. Coaching for what doesn't fit in a framework.

"Sara doesn't tell you what to think. She shows you what you already know — and then the thing you were stuck on just... moves."
M Kelly, Managing Director

What happens

The pattern you can't see from where you're standing

Every leader has a view their role creates — and a view it blocks. Sara surfaces what's already there: the decision you already know how to make, what your team is experiencing that never makes it into the room, the market your systems were never designed to reach.

The methodology has been the same for 14 years. Five questions in every room: who's most impacted, who's not speaking, who's not represented, how am I contributing to the problem, how can I create space. The answers are usually already there. The work is creating the conditions to hear them.

Sessions move between four modes — automatically, without needing to name what's needed.

Move

Something's happening. Reduce cognitive load. Find the one thread to pull.

See

Something's true that hasn't been fully looked at. Hold the pattern without judgment.

Decide

You already know. The session helps you trust it. The decision is marked. It holds.

Link

The tangent is the thing. The connection that looks like a distraction is usually where the real insight lives.

"What our executive team didn't see clearly was the missed opportunity of each other's unique perspective. Sara exposed the opportunity to see what was hidden."
Rob Freeman, CEO, Sime Darby Industrial Solutions

Common questions
What does a coaching session involve?
Fortnightly 1:1 sessions that move between four modes — reducing cognitive load, surfacing what's already there, helping you trust the decision you already know, and following the connection that looks like a tangent but isn't. It starts with a leadership behavioural profile. The insight happens in the doing.
How long is a coaching engagement?
10 sessions over 5 months, or 20 sessions over 10 months. Both fortnightly. The 20-session package includes a personal growth phase and a team growth phase — this is where the cascade effect happens.
